Design Research and Strategy
Through my undergraduate study in Cognitive Science and Human-Computer Interaction, I learned how various disciplines expound the concept and intricacy of humanness and the relationship between people and technology. I also quickly understood that research was critical for successful design; you can’t build a bridge if you do not know the distance. Therefore I worked as a Design Researcher and Strategist to gain fluency in understanding users and translating their needs and aspirations into actionable design opportunities in order to build a user-centered foundation as a designer. In this role, I collaborated closely with design, engineering, and business.
